Wendy originally trained as a Counsellor. Due to her fascination with the mind/body connection in health and illness she then progressed to study Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine at Reading, specialists in both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Wendy is a member of The British Acupuncture Council and the Toyohari Medical Association. This is a specialist form of Japanese acupuncture using highly sensitive fine needle techniques that are painless.
Away from her acupuncture practice Wendy loves the water and enjoys rowing and canoeing. She also loves to read.
